Connection logs and interactions with the platform, used for security and service improvement.
Company Data
Information about your organisation (registration number, sector, headcount) for indicator personalisation.
Legal Basis and Retention Period
Your data is processed on the basis of contractual performance and compliance with our legal obligations. It is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship, then archived in accordance with applicable legal deadlines (5 years for accounting data).
Hosting and Security
All your data is hosted in Europe on certified infrastructure, with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is strictly controlled through authentication mechanisms and limited permissions. Beesight commits to never selling your data to third parties.
